got the hlnl shot 2009-my arm has never been the same. suffering so much-been to emerg .they said the nurse must have hit a nerve.had tests recently-couldn’t detect anything wrong -hello!!when l am suffering so much .can’t do my exercisis with weights or lifting my arm to any extent-even walking after an hour causes so much pain.alt of sleepless nights.what can we do?

I’m another person whose life has been ruined by the H1N1 flu vaccine. I did not want to take it but the doctor’s office persuaded me to and in November 2010 I took the vaccine and was fine until December when I found myself going to ER 4-5 times, being hospitalized twice, and doctor’s finding any reason for how I felt. Depression, tremors, sore throat, sinus drainage, severe pain behind the ear which one doctor thought might be the mastoid bone, but said it wasn’t. Then I developed severe neck pain, went to chiropractor which only made it worse. I am nauseated most of time, short of breath (started on oxygen) tired, listless, unable to do things I used to do.After reading all the posts, my hope of getting better is dampened. My advice to anyhone considering this injection, never, never take it. You will regret it.

I received the shot in 2009 and here it is 2010 almost a year later I am 28 years old never sick a day! Got the shot based on the fact that I got sick for the first time in YEARS!! Doctor said it would be a good Idea, little did I know that it would turn my life upside down. I can barely move, I have a rash that comes and goes all over joint pain, stiffness, severe headaches, I cant run and play with my kids anymore I’ve developed deficiency to potassium and other nutrients. Been poked, prodded, tested, scanned, and FOR WHAT!!! I was healthy!!! never had anything wrong until I allowed them to stick that needle in my arm I developed severe acne, I have severe skin sensitivity my kids cant touch me with cold hands because it feels like knives, at night feels like bugs are crawling under my skin I itch all over other times my hands feet tingle so much it hurts, I eat instead of getting warm I freeze, I cant ever get warm now!! So you tell me does this sound normal?? For 28? Someone who was never sick never had a single issue ever until I got the sniffles one day and good ole doc said hey get the H1N1 just to be safe!!! now my babies have suffered because of this their mommy isnt what she once was I cant do all I used to or half for that matter its one doctor visit after another and none of them not a one will stop and just say yes we think your right its related to the shot! COME ON!! you arent just a picture of health then your body falls apart out of the clear blue!! 2 days after that shot my whole world changed!!!

i worked as a healthcare assistant at derriford hospital and i had the swine flu vaccination in march and took ill within days of having it. I had sickness and loose bowels and pain all over. My feet then started to swell and i developed pain in my muscles and in my joints which seemed to move around my body. I have never felt pain like it in all my life. I lost alot of my mobility and went from being very active to virtually being able to do nothing. i developed headaches like i have never experienced before and it felt like my head was going to explode. Doctors thought i had polymyalgia/ fibromyalgia. i was treated with steroids and i was on the same amount of morphein as a cancer patient and still in agony. the only thing that seems to keep things at bay is steroids. i was sent to rheumatology who said they had never seen swelling like it, i developed ulcers on my legs and stretchmarks on my ankles and my shin split open around my ankles and toes. I have had numerous tests and they cannot get to the bottom of what is wrong with me. they then thought i had a reactive arthritis and fibromyalgia and this has now changed to they think i have physiatic arthritis, I have never felt so ill in my like , nor pain and i lost my mobility and was unable to get myself out of bed or out of a chair etc, due to this i lost my job due to my health. It is 9months on now and i am still none the wiser. my consultant took me off the steroids and i went straight back to being poorly swelled up and in agony in the end i could not cope with it so self medicated myself back onto steroids to which doctors have now agreed to keep me on them. I strongly beleive this vaccine is responsible for what has happened to me even more so after reading other peoples experiences. Like the person above said i am concerned at the long term affect this is having on my body. I am only 43 and had lots of years ahead of me to work and this has devastated my life as well as my close family members who have had to see me like it and help me. The goverment needs to take a big look at this and the damage this vaccine has caused people. I do not consider it safe , it has destroyed me as well as others .

Got my first flu shot Sept 2010, drove home 5 mins got in the house and had to hold on to the kitchen counter as an extreme headache literally creaped up my head. Started suffering slight vision problems thought I needed new glasses. Headaches and extremely tired for two weeks. Headaches keep coming back, somewhere in this mix got Left eye pain so badly went to the er. Left eye vision and pressure disturbed and I was diagnosed with a chalazian. Despite tx of the eye still having problems. Then the joint pain in my R hand started pinky burning pain. Then leg pain, heel, knee pain, pelvic joints, back pain. Started contracting my hands at night but I noticed this so try to keep fingers straight. Almost passed out 2-3 times for no reason at random times. Then left hand last three knuckles red and inflamed and so painful and ice cold have to put them in a heating pad on high take aspirin and tylenol to bring down the joint pain a notch. Have to take tylenol pm to sleep d/t severe joint pain. Having difficulty concentrating, back of neck pain, chills exhausted to the point that I can’t do much of anything. Dr says not shot related. My fingers are weak now and I am tired after minimal exertion. headache right now in my left temporal lobe. This is awful different joints all of a sudden become extremely painful and sometimes all of them at once. If it wasn’t the injection then what is it?

I received my H1N1 in December 2009. Since then my left arm shoulder and elbow is constantly hurting. I finally went to my Dr. told him it all started with the H1N1. I had no issues with it prior to the shot. The Dr said it is triple Tendonites…take ibuprofen and take it easy. It is still in constant pain. I KNOW it started with the H1N1 shoT!

My mother took the HlNl shot in Dec.09 and 2 days later she was sick with flu then it developed into phemonia. She had chest pains and has been in the hospital 4 times in 1 week. She is 77yrs. and has never been the same! She now has developed tardive dysphrenia, and it has her on pain pills, ruined her dentures, cause of the “chewing” constantly. It is sad when the doctors encourage senior citizens to take it. I truly believe this will shorten her life span.
